This notice explains how personal data are processed in INNOCard Events: the data of people who register for or attend an event organized with INNOCard Events (attendees) and of people who contact us from the INNOCard Events page to organize one (organizers).
1. Who is responsible for your data
- If you register for an event: the controller is the event organizer, shown on the registration page. INNOCARD SOLUTIONS SL processes your data on the organizer's behalf, as a processor, and only for that event.
- If you ask for your digital card, join the event community or agree to receive information from INNOCard: the controller is INNOCARD SOLUTIONS SL, Spanish tax ID B06844773, registered office at Calle Badajoz 35, 28931 Móstoles (Madrid), Spain. Contact: info@innocard.me.
- If you contact us from the INNOCard Events page to organize an event: the controller is INNOCARD SOLUTIONS SL.
2. What data we process
- What the registration form asks for: name, email, phone, company, job title and your answers to the organizer's questions (for example, interests).
- Event data: your registration, your badge, whether and when you checked in, and whether event emails were delivered or opened.
- If you ask for your digital card: whatever you add to it (for example, a photo, links or your LinkedIn profile).
- If you contact us as an organizer: name, email, phone, company and what you tell us about your event.
3. Why we process them and on what legal basis
- Managing your registration, badge and check-in, on the organizer's behalf. The organizer decides the legal basis: usually your relationship with them when you register (Article 6.1.b GDPR) or their legitimate interest in running the event (Article 6.1.f).
- Sending you emails and Wallet notifications about the event (confirmation, reminders, a notice on the day and at the time of the event, room or time changes): the same basis as the registration.
- Creating your free digital card with the event brand and, afterwards, offering you to keep it with your own account: your consent, when you tick "I want my INNOCard" (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
- Showing you in the attendee list and the event community, and handling contact requests between attendees: your consent. You can choose an open profile (other attendees see your contact details) or a closed one (they only see your name and ask for your contact, and you decide whether to share it).
- Showing the organizer a summary of the cards and companies created by its attendees: only if you expressly authorize it.
- Sending you information about INNOCard: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Handling your request as an organizer and preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Withdrawing consent does not affect your event registration.
4. Location
The badge may include the event address so your phone can show it when you are nearby. Your own phone does that check: neither INNOCard nor the organizer receives your location.
5. Who can see your data
- The event organizer and the team members it authorizes.
- Other attendees, only if you agree to appear in the list or the community, and only what you choose to show.
- Providers that help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, and Apple or Google for the Wallet), under contract and with GDPR safeguards if they process data outside the European Economic Area.
- Authorities, when required by law.
6. How long we keep them
- Event data: while the organizer keeps the event and for no longer than twelve months after it, unless the law requires them to be kept longer.
- Digital card: if you keep it with your account, for as long as you keep it. If you do not claim it, it is deactivated and deleted after the period stated in the email you receive after the event.
- Event community: until you withdraw consent or delete your profile.
- Organizer requests: as long as needed to handle them and, if no contract follows, for no longer than twelve months.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent. For your registration data, contact the organizer; you can also write to info@innocard.me and we will forward your request. For the digital card, the event community or INNOCard information, write to info@innocard.me. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Minors
INNOCard Events is designed for professional events. If you are under 14, you cannot give consent yourself: your parent or guardian must register you.
