What it is used for

Nine ways to put the phone wallet to work, all of them from real customer requests.

01

Membership cards

Professional bodies, associations and clubs. The card lives on the phone, updates itself when the fee or the year changes, and stops working the day someone leaves. Nothing gets reprinted.

02

Advertising and sponsorship campaigns

A campaign pass people save on their phone and keep long after the ad is gone. One link, unlimited downloads, fixed price, no per-user cost.

03

Loyalty and frequent customers

Stamps, points and tiers inside the wallet. The balance updates itself after each purchase and the customer sees it without opening anything.

04

Coupons and promotions

Discounts with real expiry, controlled redemption and an automatic reminder when only a few days are left. Distributed by link or code.

05

Training and course intakes

Course passes with a code to request a place, the calendar of upcoming sessions and a direct line to the training team. One push is enough to fill an intake.

06

Events and credentials

Ticket, credential and agenda in the same pass. Validated at the door, and the time or room can change up to the last minute without resending anything.

07

Employee identity

Digital corporate credentials for companies already running their brand on INNOCard, with SSO access and joiner and leaver control from the dashboard.

08

Push without an app

The real differentiator. Anyone holding the pass can get lock screen updates, like a flight gate change. It is a communication channel of your own without building an app or asking for permissions.

09

Real measurement, not estimates

We separate how many people tap the button from how many still hold the pass weeks later. Two very different numbers, and only one tells the truth.

New in iOS 27

The biggest change to Apple Wallet in ten years

From September 2026, iOS 27 introduces a full-bleed pass format with artwork edge to edge and a tappable button on the front face. We already run it in production, tested on a real device.

  • One pass carries both the new and the classic format: each phone renders the one it supports.
  • Anyone saving it today will see it transform on its own after updating, with no re-download.
  • A front-face button pointing wherever you decide, changeable afterwards.
Push

A communication channel without building an app

Whoever holds the pass can get lock screen updates, exactly like a flight gate change. No sign-up, no permissions, nothing to install.

  • It reaches people who already said yes by saving your pass.
  • Good for an intake, an expiring promotion or a last-minute change.
  • Design and links can also change on passes already handed out.
Analytics

Two very different numbers, and only one tells the truth

Almost everyone measures downloads. We separate how many people tap the button from how many still hold the pass weeks later. That second figure is what shows whether the campaign worked.

  • Downloads, passes currently held and removals, day by day.
  • Split between iPhone and Android, with each platform's limits spelled out.
  • No personal data: no name, no email, no phone, no plain IP address.

FAQ

No. The pass goes into the wallet the phone already ships with, Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. No app download, no sign-up, no password.

Got a case that is not on this list?

Almost every build we have done started with someone describing a problem they were not sure could be solved. Tell us and we will say in the same conversation whether it can be done and what it would take.
