What are the cards like? Do you have paper cards?
Our cards are made of durable PVC, personalized, with QR and NFC technology. We don't make paper cards.
How can I add or remove new cards?
The sales representative who served you will help you manage ups and downs. Soon you'll be able to do it independently from your company's Administrator profile.
Connections with CRM
We're working on APIs for integrations with CRMs. Our API will be ready in the coming months and we will be gradually generating integrations with different CRMs in the market. Do you want us to prioritize yours? Let us know. You can download all the data at any time in .CSV to import it into your CRM.
Can I edit my profile information?
Yes, you can edit your profile information as many times as you want.
Initial configuration of company profiles
We can import all employee information from an excel. We generate the profiles automatically and, later, with each username and password, you can access each profile for editing. Next coming: From the Admin panel you can upload files to as many profiles as you want and block certain fields so that your employees can't modify them
How can I set up my profile
The first time you receive your link, you'll need to set up your profile. Once configured, you can share it however you want.
I uploaded some files and they haven't been updated in my profile
Check that your files are in the right format. Reload the page several times, log out and log back in, this usually solves most issues. Test from your computer and also from your mobile phone. If after performing this check and saving all the changes, the problem persists, please contact us.
Delivery Times
The digital profile will arrive instantly in the email after placing the order. If after 1-2 days it's not in your inbox (be careful it hasn't been marked as SPAM), please contact us. NFC cards take 10 business days from when we collect all the necessary information
What is a smart digital business card?
The smart business card is a card that, powered by a QR and NFC, serves as a gateway to a digital profile, where you have various functions to transmit more information about you to the receiver.
Does NFC work with any device?
The vast majority of devices are compatible with NFC and work without the need for an additional application. Here's a full list of NFC-compatible phones: - Almost all Android phones are compatible. - iPhone - XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, SE - iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone X have a sensor but you need to activate it beforehand. The easiest way to find this out is to ask: Can you pay with your mobile/contactless? When in doubt, use the QR.
What type of files can I upload?
In PDF, video or image format, you can upload any type of file that helps you convey more information about you and your services. (The corporate presentation of your company, a deck to visit an investor, educational content about a product or service, an offer brochure...)
Do I need the physical NFC card?
No, it's optional. You can share your card from your mobile phone, with the Wallet or the QR. It's a link that you can share however you want (ex: Whatsapp) or add to the email signature.
Do I need to download an App?
No type of App is necessary for the transmission of information. It all happens from the native browser of the other person's device.
